Support Forum

As much as we would like to hear from you, you might find the answer you’re looking for in our support forum. If not you might like to post your question, we check the forum regularly and will try to respond within 4 hours and also you may find that another RedHalo™ user has the answer. By posting your question you will also be helping other users and the forum will build up a useful searchable resource.

If you can’t find an answer on the support forum and don’t feel like posting then you are welcome to use our support enquiry form. We will try to respond within 24 hours during weekdays.

If your enquiry is of an urgent nature you can use our premium support hotline: 0871 231 0427

Calls cost 10p per minute from UK landlines, international or mobile call rates vary please check with your operator and make sure you have the bill payers permission before using this service.

Site Visits

If you would like an engineer to visit your site please contact us using the support form. Site visits start from £300 and can include helping you set-up to trouble shooting. If the site visit is requested as a consequence of a problem with RedHalo that hasn't been identified via our telephone or online support then the visit is on us!
